Looking for an easy-to-play and ridiculously fun board game? Hasbro has the perfect game
When we have free time, it’s important to spend time with family and friends. There are many activities we can do with them, so organizing a picnic or walking around the city are great ideas. As you know we can’t always be out and about, whether it’s because of the weather or for any other reason, instead, you can have fun with your loved ones with some board games. Even though smart devices are a distraction for kids, board games still retain much of their popularity because of how fun they can be. This time I’m going to talk to you about one of the most well-known brands in the family games industry.
Hasbro is a giant company with over 80 years in the toy business, so over the years they have designed, created, and purchased amazing game ideas. Hasbro has games as popular as Monopoly, so they’re always interested in their games being able to bring fun into homes. In addition to Monopoly, Hasbro also owns Jenga, a popular game that has a history since before 1983 but was improved by Hasbro to make it a simple but extremely fun game.
Jenga is a board game designed for more than two people to have fun (it’s even possible to play it alone). The main idea is that more than two people build a tower with wooden blocks and then they must remove each block very carefully, so players must use strategies to prevent the wooden tower from falling. It’s an amazing game that you can enjoy with kids and adults of all ages (kids over 6 years old).
Basic rules and how to win at Jenga
The rules are relatively easy to understand, so any child over the age of 6 can join and compete. The Jenga board game includes wooden blocks that will be needed to build a tower. There is no maximum number of players, but keep in mind that the more players there are, the more difficult and exciting it can become. I would say that the maximum recommended to play comfortably is 6 players. After building the tower with the wooden blocks, players will have to disassemble it very carefully.
Players can choose to increase the difficulty by removing wooden blocks that may compromise the stability of the tower, thus increasing the chance that the next player will end up causing the tower to fall completely. There isn’t necessarily a winner, but there is a clear loser if you make a mistake and the rook falls. The box includes 54 wooden blocks that allow you to create a tall tower, so the goal is to remove all 54 blocks without the tower falling, which is extremely complicated after a few moves.
If you don’t have any close friends, you can practice your skills without any problem, Jenga can be played alone or with more than 2 players, but the main idea is that you can have fun with your loved ones. Jenga is an amazing board game capable of brightening up any party.
